Refund policy

At andvamos, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, reworked or upcycled garments made from pre-loved materials, and we also make original vamos pieces. Because of this, we review every return individually rather than applying a blanket policy.

If something isn't right with your order — it's faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described — please get in touch via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving it, and include your order number along with a brief description and any photos. We'll review it and do our best to put it right.

Please note: as many items are one-of-a-kind, we don't offer exchanges.

All reworked items are transformed through our own creative process.
