Refund policy

At andvamos, most items are one-of-a-kind, reworked or upcycled garments made from pre-loved materials, and we also make original vamos pieces in limited runs.

Your right to cancel. If you're a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and get a full refund, no reason needed. Email hello@andvamos.com with your order number to let us know, then send the item back to us within 14 days of that. You'll need to cover the return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting the item back, to your original payment method. Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind and often vintage, we may deduct an amount from your refund if the item's value has gone down because of how it's been handled, for example if it's been worn out or about, so please treat it as you would in a shop until you're sure.

Commissions made to your specification aren't covered by this 14-day right. They're booked with a 50% deposit and the balance due on completion. Cancel before we've started work and your deposit is refunded in full; once we've started, the deposit isn't refundable, as it covers materials and time already committed. Faulty or wrong items. If something isn't right with your order, it's faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please get in touch via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number, a brief description, and any photos. Your rights here come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and sit alongside, not instead of, the 14-day right above, so they're not affected by how long you've had the item to decide whether you like it.

Exchanges. We don't offer like-for-like exchanges, since most pieces are one-of-a-kind and we won't have a matching replacement. This doesn't affect your right to cancel or return a faulty item above.

Disclaimer. andvamos is an independent designer label. While some garments are created from pre-existing pieces that may include visible branding, logos or trademarks, andvamos is not affiliated, associated or endorsed by any of the original brands. All reworked items are transformed through our own creative process.
