Shipping policy

Everything at andvamos is made or reworked by hand in small numbers, so here's what to expect when you order.

Processing time — Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind and finished by hand, please allow a little extra time during drops and busy periods. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

UK delivery — We ship across the United Kingdom via tracked Royal Mail at a flat rate of £4. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International delivery — We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and sent via tracked services. International customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may apply on arrival.

Tracking — Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, get in touch and we'll chase it.

Lost or delayed parcels — If your order is delayed, damaged in transit, or doesn't arrive, contact us via our Contact page with your order number and we'll make it right.
